AI Pulse PH is a daily AI news brief. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to send you the newsletter and run the site. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you subscribe to the newsletter. We use it solely to send you the morning brief and occasional updates about AI Pulse PH.
• Basic, anonymous usage data your browser sends automatically (pages visited, device type). We use this to understand what people read. We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or any sensitive personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and newsletter, for example an email delivery provider to store subscriber addresses and send emails, and a hosting provider to serve the site. These providers process your data only on our behalf. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your choices

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and remove your address from the active list. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Data Privacy Act

We aim to handle personal data consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact us and we will address it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, note it in the newsletter.
